I suspect the problem is caused by the graphics card not compatible with windows 10 because my another pc can run windows 10 smoothly. The mouse, and type ctrl+alt+del to restart my notebook. Solved by restart windows explorer process in task manager and it work, but some time when this problem happen I can't do anything my keyboard and mouse are not responding I can only move My critical problem is the bottom taskbar not responding frequently, when this problem happen, I However, this problem don't critical for me. The account which i created only have some windows 10 application (candy crush, flip board, skype, minecraft, etc) but calendar, email, news, finance, windows store, etc.
I have followed your advice, but it not work.
